Coupons.com coupon printing question

submitted on September 19, 2014 by djhciskoski in "Stores / Merchants", last updated on September 22, 2014 by YanBz
Does anyone know if there is a "cart" to see which coupons you have ready to print? And is there anyway to print black and white or fast draft from their site?

You would have to change your printer settings. I always have them set at fast draft and gray scale and change them for a project. The only way to see what coupons are clipped is to scroll through pages. As far as I know there isn't any other way to know what you have clipped. I hope that helps.

Thanks, yes and no. I couldn't find all of my coupons, so I printed 12 - 11 I didn't need! My printer always goes back to normal and color setting after I print something, but no options are given.

Are you using Windows? In general, with normal printing you can see the option to print in black and white to set it temporarily for each job before the final click that sends the job to the printer. But coupons typically skip that page.

If you're using a laptop and send pages to print while you're not connected to the printer, you get an opportunity to set that from the print queue page before you connect the printer. See "Printer, Printing Preferences" on the menu.

Another option is to look in the control panel under devices and printers, you'll be able to click on the printer there and display its properties. Look under the general tab for a block near the bottom that says "preferences." Click that and the next page should give you the option of setting the print quality and selecting grayscale printing. Setting it this way does not change back until you repeat this process.

As for the extra coupons, I may not find them all, but I uncheck the ones I don't want as I scroll through them, so at least it reduces the number of extra unwanted coupons that get printed with the one I really want. Wink

Was able to change it, but it still printed normal and color. Double checked that I did change it, and I did... Sad
So much for trying to be a little green.
