http://www.insideredbox.com/bl.....n-october/ reports:
Rumors have been floating around for a while that Blockbuster owner Dish Network has been working on a subscription streaming service to try to steal a slice of Netflix’s market share.
It is further speculated that the Blockbuster streaming service may include on-demand movies and will work in conjunction with BB by-mail and in-store DVD rentals.
According to another post at
http://www.tomsguide.com/us/Ne.....12402.html Starz will also reportedly be one of Blockbuster's content providers. You may recall the recent news that negotiations between Starz Entertainment and Netflix had deteriorated to the point that Starz decided not to renew its contract when the current one ends February 2012. This includes licensing rights to Disney and Sony Pictures content.

The big unanswered question is: how much will it cost?
