What was your best Deal in 2010?

submitted on December 31, 2010 by sandyshore in "Member's Lounge", last updated on January 11, 2011 by YanBz
What did you think were some of the best deals here at Buxr for 2010? Did you have a favorite or one that gave you a really great deal for yourself?

-My favorite one just a few weeks ago and it was for a 50% off coat sale with a coupon code for an additional 40% off coupon that stacked. It was a Woman Within deal posted by tammy987. Saved me a nice amount on a winter coat. It wasn't a best of the day deal on the site but it sure was for me.

Update: Please share your best Buxr deal in the comments to this thread. Link the corresponding deal submission (if you can find it). One random member among all who commented will receive a $25 Amazon gift card on January 10. Registered members only. Anonymous comments do not qualify. - YanBz

Update: The contest is now closed. Congratulations to the winner - tammy987!

Mine was also from W.W. The red snuggle - blanket w/arms for $4.99 and code for free shipping that I'd submitted. I bought 3 for gifts last year and 3 more this year and everyone loved them! Also earlier in the year I posted a similar deal, same amount but for a blanket w/an embroidered football.

I can't find the deal but I loved the Digiourno breadsticks and pizza coupons from facebook. They were new in stores around here at the time and after the coupon I was paying $1 or less for them. The TV I bought this year came from a deal I found here, and I think my computer did too. I would list those deals but it seems like asking for trouble if I post too much info. Red Face

I can't find the deal either, but it was for a collaps5ible tent and tunnel set for kids. It was about $25 marked down from about $85. I got it for my kids' Christmas present and they love it!

My best deal for 2010 would have to be the HP printer from Walmart. I went almost a year without a functioning printer till this deal popped up.

My absolute favorite deal was from The body shop. Free full size jolly orange body butter, and free shipping with any purchase. I bought a $3 body sponge, got the body butter free, and free shipping. I bought it for my daughters stocking, but kept it for my self (that's how much i loved it). I have never tried their products, now i will be shopping there alot.

    http://www.buxr.com/deal/canon.....arch/vixia

I'm trying to buy this from past 1 year. But, unfortunately i bought refurbished. Even though this is the best camcorder http://reviews.cnet.com/digita.....83231.html that i'm really trying to buy.
Finally i used and saved almost $450 instead of buying new1.
So far i had used this in many of my family events. Working great and really felt good by paying $300 with Taxes

Was definetly the red wii with the $75 gift card. In effect it made the console $125, and if you include the $50 super mario brothers bonus game that came with it that I didn't have to buy, even sweetens the deal. I used the gift card to buy the $79.00 wii fit.

I don't recall any big ticket purchases from Buxr this year, although I wish hubby had waited to get his XBox 360 (impulse buy). Found a much better deal here within a week. Made a lot of little purchases, though. My favorite was the magic set that laaya submitted for $14.99. Great deal (and I think I was the only one who got it) because I'd been pricing them for a while and was just ready to get one for a LOT more money that week. Thanks laaya. http://www.buxr.com/deal/exclu.....arch/magic
