1. Download iPhone case program app http://www.itunes.com/iphone4_case_program
2. Launch the app and sign in with iTunes or Apple ID
3. Select your bumper or case
4. Allow 3 - 5 weeks for shipping.

Get a refund for a case you already bought:

You can get a full refund for your previously purchased iPhone 4 Bumper or Case, including any taxes and shipping fees.

1. If you paid by credit card, you've already been refunded. (May take up to one billing cycle for refund to appear.)
