Anyone having problems with the Disney Movie Rewards site?

Every time we've logged in for the past several weeks, the rewards area has been unavailable due to "maintenance." Has anyone else had a problem adding points to their account?

    We have no problems getting into the site so far this month of November.

      I logged in and the redemtion points area was to the right of my screen.

    Thanks, appreciate your help to test it. Now we know that there must be a problem specifically with our account. So we sent a message to support about it, they should respond within 3 days.

    I'm having a problem loggin in also. It acts like it's logged me in then automatically logs me out and takes me to the "Blu-Ray" page every time I try to do Anything. I contacted support weeks ago, but still nothing. It's getting quite frustrating at this point. Any suggestions?

    I am having terrible problems with them. I had almost 800 points saved up and now it doesn't recognize my name and password. I even tried having them email me my password and entered my email and it said there was no account linked to that address (even though I'm still getting their emails!) I've contacted them twice and have heard nothing. Anyone know what to do?

    I found the phone number! 1-866-246-8646. The rep said they've updated their user accounts so if you have ANY user accounts at any disney site, they have consolidated them and you may need to see what your new user name is. Mine was one I created a long time ago, but all the points are still there! Hope this helps!

    I tried to log onto my account various times, and it would not work. I am 100% positive that I entered in the correct password. So, I changed the password, and was able to get on my account. Now, a couple of days later, trying to get on DMR from a different computer, it is once again NOT ACCEPTING MY PASSWORD! I know, AGAIN, that it is the correct (new) password. Having emails sent to change my password is going to get old...oh, well. Here goes!
