I always read circulars, cut coupons, and usually follow a list. But to save the most money when I grocery shop, I leave my boyfriend at home. Big Grin That man has the worst impulse control ever. Our grocery bill is at least double when he comes along.

I do the same as Roxy. I clip coupons, go to the supermarket website to see if there are store coupons (both Whole Foods and HEB have printable store-only coupons online)

Oh, and always eat before going grocery shopping... NEVER grocery shop on an empty stomach!

Whole Foods posts coupons on their website at http://wholefoodsmarket.com/coupons/ . They carry many items for which manufacturer's coupons are issued, like Annie's Homegrown products, Barbara's Bakery, Burt's Bees, and Seventh Generation - just to name a few.

You can use the Udi's coupon you posted at Whole Foods Market. Wink

I agree with Roxy, there are certain people you never take along when grocery shopping. My son is one of them! Big Grin

I watch for BOGO's that I use and then look to see if I have a coupon. I don't stockpile but I do try to look for bargains. I take a monthly trek to Whole Foods to buy my Mayo and some other things that Publix, Target & WalMart don't carry. When I go to Whole Foods I print out their coupons first. I plan other stops so I am not wasting my gas on one trip.
