$30 prepaid 4G unlimited plan from WALMART with T-Mobile

The two companies have announced that T-Mobile will introduce a new no-contract 4G rate plan exclusively at Walmart.

Live on October 16 which is 4G plan that only gives you 100 minutes with unlimited messaging and data at their disposal until you hit the 5GB cap.

So it's unlimited data, but only up to 5GB? How is that unlimited? Or does the speed drop below 4G after 5GB, but you get more?
