Sometimes their fine print does not explain it all. If you are a newbie or even en expert online shopper this will be interesting read. This goes for any LOCAL DEALS website you might shop at.

1) "50% off? Not really."
2) "Good luck cashing in."
3) "We're above the law."
4) "We'll be out of business by Christmas."

5) "You won't use this coupon."
6) "The 'deals' are dwindling."
7) "You're a cheapskate…"
8) "… but you're still overspending."
9) "Limited-time offer? Not really."
10) "We can't vouch for that local shop."

I really enjoyed reading this article. I can't believe how many deal sites are popping up now (#4 in the article). I've been contacted by at least a half dozen Groupon-like sites in the past 2 months wanting me to do a deal like I did with Groupon. As most of you know, I haven't had the best results with Groupon, so I've passed on all offers.
