Hot or Not?

Overcharged by T-Mobile - Help!

I ordered the below cell on phone.

They charged me 19.99 + tax which was good.But when i checked my credit card statment i saw $50 more. After that i called Tmobile to get the refund of $50 but the sales representative said that we need to trace the call and make sure that it was 19.99 the day i placed order.
Is there any way i can tell them that it was on deal give me my $50 back. I am really p***** off the kind of servicing Tmobile is offering.

Emma, I changed your title to better catch attention

Did you order it online or over the phone? Was the price $19.99 in the cart when you ordered it?

Don't forget, you always have the option to dispute the transaction with the help of your credit card issuer if T-Mobile doesn't give you the deal or refuse to give full refund (with merchandise return)

First i ordered online it didn't go thru so i called them and ordered on phone.
Ok i will do that if they don't refund my money.

you can always return at a tmobile store to get full refund

Even if i ordered on phone i can return the cell phone in the store.
