    The site works, just really slowly. Also, there appears to be something wrong with the Buxr link to their page. Here's the link to use:

    Yes, they do make you enter a credit card even though there is no charge. However, I just made one up, making sure to start with the right four numbers of a real card and then some zeros and it worked fine.
