    $359.76 for a two year "contractual" GOLD membership in this deal. Regular price at Amazon for 12-month: $48.71. (25 month, including 1 free month = 97.79).
    So, you are paying $265.88 extra for the GOLD membership, and about $163-$199 less for the XBOX+Kinect. Seems like Gamestop is emulating the cellphone companies....

      Some folks might want to spread out the cost over 2 years - even if it means paying a ~$65-100 premium.
      I just prefer to save up some upfront, and then use a low-int credit card Smile
