Just got mine a couple of hours back from a "pop-up" Microsoft store at the local mall. I'll post a little review on the upgrade process from Win 7 (enough has been written about the features and usability already). On another note, the new Microsoft Surface tablet is fabulous - as are the new generation of touch-enabled notebooks - sadly, the gadget budget doesn't allow for either.
