Shipping is $120.00(Local area pickup) flat rate.

The reason I didn't include shipping is because there are 3 choices to choose from.

Not everyone is willing to pick it up themselves. The warehouse isn't exactly in every town like Walmart. Therefore I would agree with Jack and leave it at +shipping.

Local area pickup is always going to be a flat rate. The submitter has taken this into account already by submitting it with plus shipping only, not a set rate. Clearing Flag.
