      No.. i m not a member. 7% discount is for all. i just registered in dell to checkout. also when i selected 2 nd day delivery, it was free.

      add the item to cart.
      click on the Shipping method below the subtotal. it will list 3 options. select 2 nd day delivery. shipping will be free.

    The deal says $107 shipped. It gives me free shipping, but it comes to 158.09 with the 7% off. the discount is only 11 dollars.
