This is a great deal on an energy efficient quad core with superb graphics (no hyperthreading induced inflated 'false' processor count). The AMD A4 cruises along at 1.4 GHz - good enough for most tasks, but automatically boosts up to 3.1GHz when needed. On die graphics is best-in-class... and this is a Black Friday deal price.
For future upgrades, I'd keep an eye on SSDs (use the existing laptop drive as a backup drive in an external case).
