    Unfortunately, I think this falls under those rules. I know when another yearly freebie rolled around this year I flagged the deal and alerted admin to this years details. Curious to see admin response to see if that was correct.

      It is true that freebies may not be resubmitted, however this offer is not considered a duplicate to the last year's since it has new start/expiration date.

      Now we could in the future mark this as an ongoing offer, however I see a value in submitting it each year since the terms may slightly change (like the date, time and kind of free stuff you get). So for the time being, it is OK to re-submit recurring Tax Day freebies
