Maybe this would not be considered a dupe since I didn't have the rebate form available yet when I posted the deal? But, I did give the item number.
In the future I will list each deal separately if that's the way we need to do it. I was just sorting out all the best deals at one time.

This is not a dupe. Mentioning a product in comments or deal description doesn't generally qualify for a separate deal although there might be exceptions (see below).

It is OK to post a 'Sale' if a merchant offers overall good discounts during a period of time. The votes for this deal would be against the event overall.

However if you think some deals have a chance of being voted up individually - submit them separately.

A note about exceptions. We reserve the right to follow common sense and in some instances will reject deals mentioned elsewhere. One such case is when a deal is submitted and a coupon is mentioned in the comments that brings the price even lower. If a separate deal is submitted that uses the coupon from the comments it will be rejected as a dupe.

Good to know. I listed the freebies in the description, not the comments, thinking it covers them all. From now on the deals will be posted separately. Thanks!

Let me first apologize Coree511, as I did not notice this item listed any place else in any other fashion, else I would not have posted it. However, at least the issue gave us all a chance to learn something about posting deals, so thank for inquiring about it. I hope I did not make you feel as though your toes were stepped upon.

Well, we live & learn. Where I thought I was being helpful to put all of the offers up at one time in the description, I learned that doing it that way does not get the same attention or draw as putting each item up individually. In the title of my post it states it is for the 3 freebies, but it got zero votes. Since then you posted the sharpener and Hunters posted the rulers & pencils that were in my deal. Not a big deal, just learned that next time I won't post "sales" I will post each and every item for sale or for free. Although, I think the sale in general with 3 free offers is better than one single free offer.
