This has to be looked at by someone who knows more about Staples printable coupons. Please post what you know about it in the comments.

Meanwhile I will flag it as low value, which is the correct way to report the issue (rather than 'updated' as suggested by psplove)

There should be a 5-digit coupon code number on it. When email information or part of the link is removed, the code number disappears and the bar code changes. It may not scan correctly in the store, I have never personally tried to use one with a missing code number.
