    i would rather pay the extra $15 for this brand new. Rather then buy the refurbished.

    oh my goodness....refurbished?? How could I have missed that! My bad.
    I can't think of one thing I've ever bought refurbished that I have had a problem with later. But, I know there are always those that are not as fortunate as me.

    for the occasional under $50 item or small impulse purchase, they’re a fun place to shop and deliver what they promise. They sell one a day deals...so of course their return policy is not going to be that of BB or CC...but it's still a steal.
    Seriously, it's a $15 mp3 player....not a 60" hdtv...even if it lasted a year, you still got a deal & will want the newer better mp3 next year anyway!
