      Looking at the series number, I would imagine they both use the same basic component, as their specs are the exact same in both cases if you look at the extended descriptions.

      The only difference I could find was that this one is capless, and instead uses a push-put/retractable design much akin to the Sandisk Cruzer.

      Oh, almost forgot though, this one is $3 cheaper.

      Same item Meritline is selling for $38.so this is not that good as PQI i231
