    both rebates say
    1. Only one rebate per qualifying product per household per
promotion. Multiple purchases on a single product only qualify
    for one rebate per promotion.

Both rebates require the Original UPC cut from packaging.

The original UPC requirement is strange. Something doesn't connect since Amazon advertises both rebates on the product page

Will not work. Rebates both require the original UPC, one rebate per envelope and go to different departments at the processor.

Amazon removed the second rebate. I guess it was an error. Updated the deal

I ordered this item and I had to wait on hold for an hour with Amazon.com customer service, then a supervisor (only wanted to give me $10 even though the day I ordered it I called and confirmed the offer with a representative and they told me there would be 2 (???) upc codes in the shipment) to get a $20 Promo applied to my account for my next purchase. They removed it fairly quickly, and I found the offer on Consumerist.com and you know I'm going to have to post a tip to them about this ordeal.
