O&O Software is offering downloads of its O&O Defrag 11 Professional Edition for Windows for free.
O&O Defrag 12 Professional Edition packs file fragments quickly and securely back together to optimize your hard disk. Its functionality ranges from a fully automated defragmentation to an individual professional set up.
I submitted the info requested and received an email stating that the serial is for the Professional edition. All the software to download is trial, but is unlocked to full "Professional" with the serial key in the email.

You are right. They sent me a second e-mail apologizing for sending me the wrong link and no serial numbers. The second e-mail has the upgrade serial number.
