    Hold Up Duplicate Declarer's!
    1. That deal was expired long before this one was posted. (I looked yesterday.)
    2. Mr. Cheap flagged it approximately five hours after this post was made.
    3. Mike only kicked it alive five hours ago, long after this post had been around.

    The old one should be re-expired, and set back to its original state at the time of this posting, as this was a fair submission being that the older deal was expired at its introduction onto to the listings.

      The deal itself on Buxr's listings had been expired long ago.
      Look at the edit history on the deal and that becomes evident.
      Yan expired it 22 days ago, and Mike re-activated only five hours ago.
      Whatever the reason for expiration originally, it was fair play to submit it again at this point.

    I expired the previous deal after it was flagged by ptaha long time before this submission was made. According to our rules this is not a dupe. I will keep this deal and will re-expired the old one
