Logitech Z-5 All Around Sound Speakers w/remote (Dented Box)

Dented box items are covered under the same warranty as a new product because it IS new; the box just may have gotten damaged in shipping. Returns generally work the same way.

Thanks Debs, I did read what was mentioned on their page but I was looking for feedback from people who have actually purchased a dented box item from Logitech. Return policies can sometimes be frustrating since not all retailers reimburse return shipping whatever the reason maybe. They ask you to contact the company directly and it goes on and on. Happened to me recently on a Fujiflm Waterprooof camera purchased at Yugster. Came in DOA and they asked me to contact Fuji. Contacted Fuji and they asked me to contact Yugster since the item was DOA.
In this case the maker and the retailer are same but I just don't want to deal with returning the item ( in case it turns out to be bad). Logitech is no AMAZON when it comes to customer service.

I bought a dented box mouse from Logitech that stopped working 3 days after I got it. I had no problems returning it with an RMA...cost me nothing and they gave me a new one, no questions. This was last year.
