Sorry to add this, but inexpensive items are not always a bargain. Most reviews of this entry-level printer point out that the purchase does not include a black ink cartridge or USB cable. Several say that after a short time, it begins to load the paper crooked, so that the printing is slanted (a frustrating problem I have experienced myself). Almost all reported that the ink did not last very long, and this reviewer found that the printer did not recognize refilled cartridges, http://www.viewpoints.com/Lexm.....view-bf5d3 .
I have a Kodak ESP 3. The cartridges are cheap. It's an all in one. It does have issues sometimes but not frequently, and it was $50. My kids beat it up all the time and have managed to rip off part of the paper tray but it's continued to work. The printer cable that came with it was junk but I bought a refurbished model so maybe that was why.
I am not familiar with this particular model but I've owned cheap Lexmark printers in the past.. It would last me for awhile and I used to buy generic ink cartridges off ebay until the printer starts experiencing mechanical problems.. SO i just would throw it away and get another cheap printer..
