FYI... many times dealers will apply the term "refurbished" in order to display a price below the manufacturer's lowest list price.

Perhaps these are indeed refurbished... perhaps not.

Thanks, as always, for your positive attitude within our sharing community.

For some reason I can't get the link to load right now (It worked fine earlier.), otherwise I would check the warranty period as that serves as a good secondary indicator.

Even if it is refurbished its still a good price I think.
I try to remain positive, but at times it is hard when some seem so determined to be negative. I just like having all the info available, and so when something of importance is missed or might help inform people on a specific deal, I feel compelled to place it up for all to see. It just seems the right thing to do to me. If I left out something about a deal of importance I would expect others to do the same.

    Solstice...

Love 'ya, man! Geeks is giving a full one-year Kodak warranty on these, which has me suspect that they've used the "refurbished" term to avoid problems with Kodak.

Truth be told, Geeks normally will put the term on the lead link page. I never noticed it during the posting.

You are absolutely correct to point it out... but it's not like this dealer to obfuscate their bargains. Thanks for your eagle-eyed sharpness!

    Warmly,

    Kubrick
