    The 50% off code does not work on any sale prices I've tried. It bases the discount on the full price of the item. It also did not work on any of the sewing machines I tried.

    @mooncow: Jo-Ann's coupons never work on items that are already on sale and they never work on sewing machines. It's part of their default disclaimer on them.
