Is anyone else having issues with the "submit" button?

It came in as a broken link for me, and upon hitting submit button area, all the entry fields cleared and no confirmation message was given.

I hit the button on the left, the both had red x'x, but no pic. When I hit the one on the right all the fields cleard, but the one on the left works!

The submit button showed as Submit Query and wasn't actually a button but it worked for me.

I meant to say the 1st box on the left. Tired today as always! Thanks Jack & Moon for verifying for me. If it was up to... well, I'd have nothing on here.
