To get your rebate for up to $15, just complete these three simple steps:
1. Purchase 5 quarts of any Pennzoil® motor oil or get your oil changed at any Pennzoil® oil change location and you can get one of the following:
$15 REBATE – Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic motor oil
$10 REBATE – Pennzoil® SUV, Truck & Minivan or Pennzoil® High Mileage Vehicle® motor oil
$5 REBATE – Pennzoil® conventional motor oil
2. Complete and submit this form.
3. Include your original installer/retailer identified and dated service receipt or cash register receipt showing the required purchase. Receipt must specify qualifying Pennzoil® motor oil change or 5 quarts of Pennzoil® motor oil was purchased.
