This is not a "Rebate" it's essentially a user money-back satisfaction guarantee. Buying the product with the intent of getting a refund whether or not you find it satisfactory is basically theft through fraud.

Please BUXR - remove this from today's list of "Deals" because Activia is being a GOOD company, please don't punish them by sending them BAD customers.

I interpreted the form entirely differently, and I looked for that very issue before voting on it.

Wording from pdf: "If you participated in the ACTIVIA Challenge and were dissatisfied with the results, please tell us why:"

The key word there is "if". Nothing on the form indicates that you have to be dissatisfied with the product to get the rebate. It seems to me that they just want you to try the product for two weeks, in the hope that you will be pleased with it and continue buying it. However, if you were dissatisfied they want to know why.

I think the flag is undeserved on this one, and I don't see whats inaccurate personally.

It is worded differently on the sign up page
    http://www.activia.us.com/challenge/Signup.aspx

Eat Activia everyday for two weeks - if you don't feel the difference, we'll refund your money.

My understanding is that it is a trial which is free but only if you don't like the product
