Eliminates the struggle with cords, works in a six-foot range without being pointed at the computer, and performs on crowded desks.
Features:
- One touch controls for most common Internet and multimedia commands
- Detachable Palm Rest improves comfort and lessens fatigue
- Innovative scroll wheel allows convenient scrolling
- Assign one-click shortcuts to the mouse — customize button assignments, scrolling features, speed, cursor, and more
- Dual USB Receiver locks in the link between the transmitter and input device, avoiding disturbance from other users operating the same equipment on the same channel
- Use the optical mouse on any surface — no mouse pad needed
Shipping was $10.54 for me, and the other similar deal on an optical desktop set comes with a five year warranty rather than only 90-Days for this one. http://www.buxr.com/deal/logit.....p-set_6858
Inaccurate Picture - Not the same Item. The correct picture link is given below, and is the same one that appears on the offer page as well. http://www.surpluscomputers.co.....241_LG.JPG
Sorry about you horrific computer week, Solstice. I misread your "grumpiness" as potentially mean spirited. Good luck with your computer! Solstice wrote: "I should note that if I seem grumpy, that I've been having a really bad computer week. In the past seven days all the following has occurred to my computer/hardware, in the following order. 1. Portable External Drive Died 2. Case Fan Failed 3. PSU Fan Failed 4. Monitor Died 5. Video Card Died So like I said sorry if I seem a little grumpy." Cheers! Kubrick
Firstly, Kubrik posting another person's comment is very rude and also pathetic, like a small child who constantly repeats their sibling to irritate them. Second, Your post not only was poorly assembled and inaccurate to the 9th degree, but was also not as good a deal as the previous posting for the keyboard optical set. Also, that notice was not for you it was for Orange and Mr Cheap, consider yourself excluded from it. I was not grumpy towards you, just brutally honest, although your retaliatory vote definitely qualifies as grumpy on your end.
Wow, I need to tell myself to read! I was so ready to be defensive that I completely misread the first line of your comment and pretty much just saw my own words reprinted. It seems that you actually meant well, so this time I apologize to you. No one else though
I really DID mean well, Solstice, and did my best to sincerely sympathize with your computer woes. Rest assured that my words are sincere and that life is too short to engage in online flaps. We are all trying to share good deals and legitimate freebies on this wonderful site created by Yan and Mike G. Again... hope your computer is back up and running perfectly real soon. Regards, Kubrick
Yan (and Solstice)... On occasion, the deal link image just doesn't seem to load. I merely Google Image searched for a representative cordless keyboard and mouse, since the Gateway image wouldn't appear. Since we are all seeking to share deals, I for one do not intend to take myself so seriously that I am compelled to point out innocent foibles posted by my colleagues in the Buxr community. That having been said, thanks Yan for linking the correct picture (and thanks coree511 for realizing the true purpose of all postings: to share a found deal!). Cheers! Kubrick
Certainly not, that is not why I gave it a negative vote. I just thought the other deal was better as it was cheaper after rebate as shipping for this one was high, and it had a much better warranty. The issue with sloppiness was secondary, and I just happened to catch the issues after having voted that needed to be fixed. If you read my top comment that becomes apparent I think. Everyone should be more careful when posting by ensuring the PriceGrabber and picture actually match the product. At least very make a note in the description explaining why they are different, or that the picture may not be representative of the product. Especially if you know they are inaccurate when posting.
