There does not seem to be a real offer, just your standard email newsletter signup. Perhaps there may be samples to come, but nothing is being offered here.
I still maintain that this does not qualify as an offer for a real tangible deal. There is a difference between signing up and getting something that is offered and signing up in hopes of getting something.
