      I have no idea what an advantage member is. They have never told me I was one. Do you have a PayPal account that you use often?

      All you have to do is make sure your mailing address is correct on your Paypal account, watch the video and enter your email address. They'll send the cap to the address on your account. Worth a try!

    I'm not trying to cry wolf but the address for this video is "paypal-promo.com" rather than something like "paypal.com/promo". It could be a fake.
