Form says available to members of The Society of the Crown (free to join), but that doesn't seem to be necessary for the free labels. You can order up to 5 labels per month.

      This deal clearly states that you are getting personalized labels only. The fact that you may have expected more is really no reason to give it a negative vote. The labels are very nice, we've received them already, and they make a unique gift for the person who likes and buys this brand (which we do). Anyone can request up to 5 labels every month. It was a timely offer if you're planning to give someone a bottle and want to add a nice personal touch. You are obviously unaware that shipping whisky directly to your address is prohibited. If it could, it would have been drunk long before it reached you!
