If you feel that strongly, I'll flag it myself, also, and ask that it be removed. Can't say I've done this long enough to know whether this is legit.

Flagging because I can't be sure it's legit-- and I wouldn't want to be responsible for misrepresenting the deal.

I'll be more explanatory in this case as to why I flagged this as "no value". (For Educational Purposes)

    Domain Info: http://whois.domaintools.com/beautyherbalspa.com

Note that the phone number has an international prefix. This is a dead giveaway for being a e-mail collecting scam when the supposed business and address are located in the U.S.

Additionally, its unlikely that even if the small town spa existed in Colorado, that they would go about wasting their money by sending out one to a freebie collecting human sized lemming living out in Florida, when they have no chance of seeing a return on it.

Finally, the site is of overly simple construction, which is another dead giveaway as being a fake freebie.

The international prefix "001" applies to the following countries:
      o Guyana
      o Mongolia
      o South Korea
      o Thailand

However, for the sake of argument and that it may not be an international number, I dialed the number on the contact page 1 + 970..., received no response, and it sounded as though it attempted to connect with a fax machine. This is not the contact number despite it being listed as their phone number, assuming this is an actual business. (That is not terribly reassuring.)

I agree with Solstice. It is unlikely this freebie ever shows up.

Thank you for explaining - the domain tool information was very helpful. My only remaining question, is flagging this as far as it can go once at this point. I thought if I flagged my own submission it would take it out of the que, or is that not possible. I know the record has to remain. Does the submission have to remain on the deal page now?
