I agree with you ..totally. I just wanted to mention the delay in shipping at amazon so that people who are comparing know about it (the delay). That's all. So if someone wants it right away -- would like to go with buy.com

Anyone who can wait should go for amazon (provided they care about $5 worth of MP3s )
