    Do they stack? If not, the "and" in the title should changed out for an "or" instead.

      It says "and" because you can take advantage of both offers, you don't have to choose one or the other, although the time frames are different. If you ordered something before November 2 and requested delivery after November 20, they would stack. It's just hard to imagine many people doing that so far in advance.
