Other sites indicate that these come out of special booklets handed to local and school sports teams, and that they are not provided via the Internet. i.e. This is a scanned coupon and is illegitimate.

After taking a closer look at today's voting numbers, and the plausibility of there being five prizes, its apparent that even though this deal is illegitimate, that it is going to most likely take a prize spot. This is partially the result of lack of voting, so I guess in a roundabout way its fitting and serves as a lesson.

However, it should be disqualified, then subsequently removed, and any future scanned coupons like this should meet with the same fate. The bar needs to be raised on coupon submission criteria.
