The price was off by $0.99 which I fixed. The title/description discrepancy however is very strange. By the way, this is what Target has on the product page as well

This is far too much for a 4GB flash drive.
Here are a few examples form Buxr history of what I mean.

$7.00-$8.00 Tends to make for a great deal.
$9.00-$10.00 Is a reasonable price in my opinion.
Once you go anything beyond $10.00 I think you are simply paying too much.

PS: This is a "flash drive" and not an "external hard drive" to get technical, and I would hate to think they are asking this much for a 1GB flash drive.
