Shipping and handling charges and sales tax not included. Sales tax will be applied to taxable items and shipping and handling charges where applicable.

      No, you can't combine them. You will get whichever is the larger discount.

    Yes, when I used this offer additional discount was because of extra bucks I had on my card. I thought its additional extra savings. My mistake didn't saw properly, just shared so others also can take advantage.
