I know. Some time last week, i had submitted the CVS coupon with new link even after passing the 30 days. Even though admin rejected mine and bought the expired one alive.
The rule (applied to the previous deal you refer to) is 30 days past expiration date, not date of submission (unless no expiration date is set). In this case new deal should be submitted, because this one expired 10/30/12.
You can re-submit a Sale or Coupon after it has been dead for 30 days or (in case the expiration date is not set) if the original submission is older than 120 days. Otherwise, do not re-submit. Instead flag the deal as 'alive again'.
