I refuse to spend any money at Best Buy ever again! I went in there yesterday to use a Disney Movie Rewards coupon for Old Dogs. The store had it priced higher then it was in their weekly store ad. I complained and was told they would price match, but that I wouldn't be able to use my $10 Disney coupon! So I complain more and tehy finally give me the price in the ad....then the coupon will not scan. I was told that if the coupon doesn't scan Disney will not reimburse them....so I was basically out of luck. They wouldn't use the coupon. The thing is...the coupon did scan...the register said the coupon wasn't in their system.
I went to Target and used the coupon with no problems. I paid $2 more then I would have, but from now on Target has all of my business!
Best Buy is nothing but a sham!

Gotta agree. They got a little arrogant when Circuit City and Comp USA closed down. They forgetting ...Walmart Sears Target and other retailers are still around and getting more business.

I think that place is a rip off...their prices are always higher than other stores nearby selling the same thing...
Best Buy employees are always high school teens who don't know a thing about customer service...I haven't shopped there since late 2004....Their commericals always give me heartburn because I know they are bulls**t.
