Fill out the questionnaire to see which variety may be best for your hair type and get a free sample sent straight to your door. You'll get either NOURISH+ shampoo and conditioner system or LIVING COLOR™ Shampoo and Conditioner System, based on your answers.

Free AVEENO® Hair Care Collection samples are limited so please sign up quickly. Limit one sample per household. Must be 18 years of age or older. Offer limited to the United States and expires 12/31/2011 or while supplies last. Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery.

    Since this deal is no longer offering a sample just coupons, I will expire the deal. Coupons can be submitted as a separate deal.

    Free sample offer alive again. When you click on "get your coupon now" and go to the next page, you are offered free samples for filling out the form and questionnaire.
