I doubt it, as its a black shirt with no eye outlets.

It seems designed to be a great party gag shirt, than actually functional.

Besides, everyone knows that zombies do not need eyes, as they are solely driven by their thirst for brains, led by the smell of fresh humans nearby, and otherwise walk aimlessly about.
