    This is an OK deal on a budget CPU/Motherboard combo. OEM version of AMD Sempron 3000+ is around $20-25 on eBay (+shipping). The lowest price on AM2 socket motherboard is also around $20-$25. You probably save around $20 with this deal (vs. buying separately) but you will have to deal with the $10 rebate. Also note, this particular combo comes with no heatsink and/or fan.
