Just back from dinner and this place is spectacular! If you are in Boston/Providence, Anaheim, or Tahoe, take advantage! (The menu also listed one in Birmingham AL?)
It is a choose-your-own buffet grill. You grab a bowl, choose fresh veggies and meat cuts from salad bar-like stations, choose your sauce flavor in separate bowl, and take them to the central grill station. The grill is a 10-foot round grill with 3 or 4 cooks grilling away (see photo). They grill your food, add the sauce, then toss it on a plate, and you retire to your table to eat. Food was great, atmosphere and experience fun, great desserts, lots of specialty drinks.

And don't forget to take $10 off too!
