Official Contest Rules
How to enter
- Sign up for a Buxr.com account between December 3, 2007 and January 3, 2008.
- Publish the Buxr Widget on your blog or website
- Refer friends to sign up as publishers at Buxr.com and run the Buxr Widget on their blog or website
Qualifying referral
The website/blog running the Buxr Widget must be at least 3 months old and the web page with the widget must have at least 1000 unique visits during the contest period.
How we select the winners
On January 4, 2008 we will pick the Buxr publisher with most referrals and award him/her the first contest prize. The second prize will be awarded to the first runner up by the number of referrals. The next 8 runners up will each be awarded the third prize. The winners will be notified by email on January 7, 2008.
Contest prizes
- First prize (1): 8GB iPod Touch ($299 value)
- Second prize (1): 4GB iPod Nano ($149 value)
- Third prize (8): 4 GB USB flash drive ($30 value)
Additional terms
The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded;
In accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that Buxr LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize;
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any publisher we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest;
Contest open to legal US residents only, 16 years of age and older;
One entry per person;
Buxr LLC reserves the right to terminate the Contest or change the Contest rules without a prior notice.
